Ketty Thull
In the years 2021 and 2022, I worked with them on the new Ketty Thull book. Ketty Thull was a legendary Luxembourgish homemaker and cook who published many cookbooks and guidebooks in her lifetime.
The new Ketty Thull - A sense of home, however, is more than just a cookbook. It features a selection of traditional Luxembourgish recipes by Carlo Sauber, many beautiful photos and illustrations of famous places and sights in Luxembourg as well as stories I wrote about Luxembourg, its regions and some of its most famous characters. I then translated the stories as well as the recipes into English and French.

Camions et Dumpers
En Pays de Mines the Fer
I also had the exciting opportunity to translate the book Camions et Dumpers - En Pays de Mines de Fer by Luciano Pagliarini, Jean-Paul Federmeyer and Laure Caregari from French into German.
Thanks to this project, which was initiated by the municipality of KälTétange, I had the occasion to learn a lot of new things about the culture and the past of the southern region of Luxembourg.
