Translation
I owe one of the most exciting projects of 2022 to the agency NOTA BENE.
Salomé Jeko - founder of NOTA BENE - took on the editorial design of the vegan cookbook Mmmmh - Des recettes végétales gourmandes pour bien manger published by the École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg. She entrusted me with the English translation of the recipes and accompanying texts of the book.
In the process, I learned a lot about vegan cuisine as well as sustainable and healthy nutrition, and the result is absolutely delicious. For further information, visit the EHTL website.
